To add a new FAQ, follow these steps:

1. Click on the “Manage FAQ” button.

2. Then click “Add” in your website administration and select the “Question & Answer” option.

3. Every new question & answer should be assigned to a category.

4. Save and publish it.

You can edit your FAQs, rearrange them and select other categories at any time.

Yes. To add media, follow these steps:

1. Go to the app settings.

2. Click on “Manage FAQ”.

3. Create or select a question you want to add media to.

4. When editing your answer, click the image, video or GIF icon.

5. Add media from your library and save.

You can manage the title in the settings tab of the app. If you don't want to display the title, simply deactivate the title under "Show info".
